A feature-length documentary film about the cult independent LA label Stones Throw Records. The documentary will premiere at the Aubagne Film Festival in France. Then, label founder Peanut Butter Wolf touring Europe in March and April in support of the documentary and soundtrack, taking part in Q&As alongside screenings of the film organised by Syndctd Entertainment and Mr Wolf. DVD premium package with CD containing original soundtrack, including original music by Madlib and a retrospective of label highlights by Madvillain, J-Dilla, Aloe Blacc, Quasimoto, Mayer Hawthorne and more. Contains bonus material with extended interviews and outtakes. Dam-Funk and Madlib will also be touring in Europe in March and April. The documentary is an official SXSW Film Festival selection with three screenings and a label showcase.
