Ambient, House, Tribal … Glorias comprises minute samples of pieces by composers who were exiled from Franco’s Spain after the Spanish Civil War and field recordings of the Spanish countryside. It is an attempt to reconcile the exile and the homeland, and a tribute to the International Brigades, volunteers from around the world who travelled to Spain to fight fascism.
