Tokyo Offshore Project are Frankie Valentine and Simon Lovejoy, djs and producers heavily involved in the construction of the underground UK house and electronica scene of the 90’s and Japanese musician Kiyoshi Myaura. This album is a collection of their best underground house / electronica moments circa 1990-1992.
